ALL RIDERS RIDE AT THEIR OWN RISK
- Wearing an ASTM approved helmet is required while riding.
- Riding style boots with a heel are required while riding.
- No dogs allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
- No bare feet allowed at any time.
- No profanity or abusive language is allowed at any time.
- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
- Horses are not to be tied to anything except designated hitching posts or your personal horse trailer.
- Horses are not to be left unattended in arenas or at tie rails.
- Each person is to clean up after themselves.
- Horse ETC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Only riders in Horse ETC are allowed use of the facility.
- Small children are to be supervised at all times.
- Climbing on pipe corral is prohibited.
- Anyone wishing to communicate instructions, requests or criticisms are to contact Kim Wineland.
- No one shall move a horse off the premises without notifying Kim Wineland and in the event a horse(s) is moved that shall not constitute a termination of the boarding or training agreement.
- Washing of horses is to be in designated area only.
- A horse out of their corral is to be haltered with a lead rope attached at all times.
- Riding a horse double on property is not allowed.
- Anyone wishing to ride on premises must fill out a Hold Harmless agreement first.
- Any horse boarded or in training must come with a halter in good condition and the halter remains on premises until the horse leaves.
