ALL RIDERS RIDE AT THEIR OWN RISK

  1. Wearing an ASTM approved helmet is required while riding.
  2. Riding style boots with a heel are required while riding.
  3. No dogs allowed.
  4. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
  5. No bare feet allowed at any time.
  6. No profanity or abusive language is allowed at any time.
  7. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
  8. Horses are not to be tied to anything except designated hitching posts or your personal horse trailer.
  9. Horses are not to be left unattended in arenas or at tie rails.
  10. Each person is to clean up after themselves.
  11. Horse ETC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  12. Only riders in Horse ETC are allowed use of the facility.
  13. Small children are to be supervised at all times.
  14. Climbing on pipe corral is prohibited.
  15. Anyone wishing to communicate instructions, requests or criticisms are to contact Kim Wineland.
  16. No one shall move a horse off the premises without notifying Kim Wineland and in the event a horse(s) is moved that shall not constitute a termination of the boarding or training agreement.
  17. Washing of horses is to be in designated area only.
  18. A horse out of their corral is to be haltered with a lead rope attached at all times.
  19. Riding a horse double on property is not allowed.
  20. Anyone wishing to ride on premises must fill out a Hold Harmless agreement first.
  21. Any horse boarded or in training must come with a halter in good condition and the halter remains on premises until the horse leaves.
